Hi, I'm Lydia!

I've always had a love for creating. Whether it was sewing, knitting, baking, or simply finding a way to make something with my own two hands, creating has always felt like a natural part of who I am.

I've always dreamed of a life that would allow me to slow down, work with my hands, and spend my days making beautiful and useful things. Lyd’s Little Cottage is a little piece of that dream coming to life.

For me, creating isn't just about making something pretty. I love being able to use the skills I've been given to serve others—to make something thoughtful for someone, create a piece that makes everyday life a little sweeter, or simply bring a little joy through something handmade.

Every piece you find here is thoughtfully made by me, from choosing the fabrics I fall in love with to cutting, sewing, and finishing each piece by hand. I hope that when something from Lyd’s Little Cottage finds its way into your home, it feels a little more special because you know the hands and heart behind it.
